Zika virus advice and support
Following the recent Zika virus outbreak across a number of countries in Central and South America, and other areas in the Caribbean and on Atlantic islands including Cape Verde and in the Pacific islands, we recommend that all customers travelling to these areas take steps to avoid mosquito bites whilst on holiday. As has been reported, in the media, a link between exposure to Zika virus in pregnancy and microcephaly and other congenital malformations have been identified. Research and investigations are ongoing. Pregnant women are advised to avoid travel to the affected areas.

If you are pregnant and due to travel to an affected area and have any concerns, please call our customer service team.
