What if I need to change my date of travel?
If you wish to change your dates of travel, please contact our customer service team by email and please include your booking reference number and the details of your proposed change. Please send to flights@etravel.ie. We must have your proposed dates in writing so that we can make the appropriate calculation of the cost to change the flights.


How much will it be to change my flights?
The cost to change your flights vary widely, according to the rules on the ticket which you have purchased. Broadl;y speaking, the cheapest tickets tend to have the most restrictive conditions. Availability of seats on the date you wish to change to is also a factor. please contact our customer service team by email and please include your booking reference number and the details of your proposed change. I want to upgrade my flights to business class / first class, how do I do this?

I am unable to travel, can someone else take my place?
Unfortunately, changing a complete name on an airline tickets is not permitted. The existing ticket which you prurchased would be subject to any cancellation charges, then a new ticket would have to be purchased for the new passenger.


Can I change a person on my booking?

A name on my ticket is spelled incorrectly - what can I do?
If you identify an incorrect spelling on your ticket or confirmation, please contact our customer service team by email and please include your booking reference number and the correct name details as per your passport which should be showing. Please send to flights@etravel.ie. We will investigate and revert. Airlines have different policies on what they will permit regarding minor changes to names.


How may I change my hotel or room type?
If you wish to change your accommodation booking, please contact our customer service team by email and please include your booking reference number and the details of your proposed change. Please send to flights@etravel.ie. We must have your proposed changes in writing so that we can make the appropriate calculation of the cost to change the accommodation booking.


I would like to add another passenger to my booking.
If you would like to purchase an additional flight only seat, you may try to find the same flight details on our online booking page. If you need assistance you can call our office. There is a charge to process flight bookings by telephone. If you wish to add a passenger to an existing booking involving accommodation, please email to flights@etravel.ie. We must have your proposed changes in writing so that we can make the appropriate calculation of the cost to change the accommodation booking.


I have already travelled and I wish to change my return date

Can I use my frequent flyer miles to upgrade if I have not booked directly with the airline?
Upgrading using frequent flyer miles is only available to some airfares we sell, and where eligible, can only be done directly by you with the airline with whom you are travelling. If you already booked and you have a query, please send an email to flights@etravel.ie with your booking reference and lead passenger information. We can advise if the ticket you have purchased is upgradeable using frequent flyer miles.


Can I leave my ticket open?
We do not offer open tickets. Tickets with a maximum stay of up to 12 months may be purchased, however, there is almost always then an applicable fee to change the return date.
