How much will it cost me to cancel my booking?

All flight tickets are subject to airline terms and conditions. Many of the cheapest airfares have the most costly cancellation terms and conditions. Some tickets are fully non-refundable. We charge a standard cancellation fee, as per our terms aqnd conditions, in addition to the fee charged by the airline.

Cancellation charges will vary on accommodation bookings, depending on the accommodation provider we have booked on your behalf. Please contact us by email at the earliest opportunity to confirm you are cancelling if you are certain to do so. Cancellation charges increase with proximity to departure. In all cases of accommodation bookings, a minimum cancellation fee will apply.

We recommend that all customers purchase travel insurance to protect against the cost of cancellation.

*Please note some airlines will class a booking as a ‘no-show ‘and they will then levy 100% cancellation penalty if cancelled within 24 hours of departure

I need to cancel my booking due to illness or bereavement
In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your arrangements due to illness or bereavement, please contact as soon as you can. We will always need notification of cancellation in writing and we may require death certificates or other certification if required by our airline or accommodation partner. In some circumstances, some airlines and accommodation providers may offer a refund outside the standard terms and conditions of the purchased flight or accommodation.

Will I receive a refund following cancellation of my booking?
Any refund due to you will depend on the cost of cancellation levied by the airline or accommodation supplier and you will also be charged a cancellation fee, as per our terms and conditions.

I am expecting a refund, when will I receive this?
The time between cancellation and refund may vary, depending on the service provider we are partnering with. Accommodation booking refunds can be within 10 working days. Flight cancellation refunds can be up to 6 to 10 weeks as a result of delays with refunds being processed by IATA back to us, the agent, on behalf of the airline. We will refund our customers as soon as we receive the refunds from the airline.
